Mission
:
VCAP is dedicated to assisting victims of crime to begin their recovery as soon after the crime as possible. It intends to make the criminal justice system more responsive to the needs of the victim, and to make the process as convenient and understandable as humanly possible.

Summary of Services:

VCAP provides a comprehensive program of services through staff and student interns to all crime victims in the St. Charles county area, where a police report is made, and/or where criminal prosecution is pending. Crisis services are available 24 hours.
