Mission:The mission of the Missouri State Highway Patrol is to provide "Service and Protection" for all individuals living or traveling through the state. It is the policy of the Missouri State Highway Patrol to recognize and support victim/witness assistance programs as essential elements to effective law enforcement. Our agency is committed to providing a comprehensive victim assistance program to victims of DWI-related crashes.

Summary of Services:

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is concerned about the problems victims of an alcohol/drug related traffic crash may experience. Our officers will assist families and victims in obtaining services or assistance from victim service organizations.
